Default Bi Metal Badge Construction

I recently bought the WM part of this set to go with the GM part I found some years ago.

Although I can't be sure they are not very recently made they don't appear to match any common reproduction on the market today.

But the detail is interesting with less clarity on the WM part which would end up covered by the GM part.

You will find material thickness having a major influence here, the brass being thinner and softer also! So the stamping comes out clearer voiding hasn't been done but wouldn't it be interesting to follow the whole process from beginning to end! They are a nice find and can't be many about! All the best billy
