Unknown shoulder titles to be id

Can any body help with id these from South Africa but not necessarily South African?Boer War or First war titles/slouch hat badges?

The WTC title is for Wits Technical College (probably their cadet detachment)
The XII title is possibly a WW1 title for Pretoria Regt as they were known as the 12th Infantry Bn. See attached badge as a reference.

The bottom is Rand Rifles Mine Guard, the Rand Rifles were in effect the Johannesburg Town Guard during the Anglo Boer War.
