Default What $25 can get you in NB

Hi

$25 well spent, IMHO.

Please find the results of a drop-in to another city's Pawn shop.

The PPCLI and QYRang are older, more solid versions, the Int badge is the later, last version. The Navy Ops needs a clean.

Happy to add the Queen's Golden and Diamond Jubilee lapel pins as well as the 1st Gulf War medal bar. The number matching card and GS pin are very nice as is the 2 Fd Amb patch. The other pin is of a pattern I've seen before with the UN Peacekeeper naming.

regards
Darrell

Very nice, and love the Field Ambulance patch BIG time! Any idea of time frame on it, and how/where it was worn? Look like it was glued to cardboard at one time? Say this because it looks like little bits of cardboard showing at the edges in a few places.

Looks like we both had a good day then!

Hi Terry

Thanks. It was more a good HOUR. I didn't have a lot of time for recreational activities!!

The 2 Fd Amb has dates on it and a location; Germany 1953-1955. It was sewn on at some point as what you see is the folded edges sprung a bit and there is remains of thread and the holes where it was sewn to something. What? I dunno. Doubtful it was a uniform item.

regards
Darrell
