Italian Badge, or even British Union of Fascists?

Hi

This is another that has been sitting around for ages, which I'd like to identify. It clearly has an Italian influence with that emblem (I am not shire what it is called) but looking around I wonder if it could be British Union of Fascists. It came in some lot or other and is otherwise no interest to me.

The name for the symbol is Fasces.

It looks typically Italian to me and the symbol was in universal use in Fascist Italy.

Looks to be a nice Italian Black Shirts, gold bullion, officers hat/cap badge.
