Default Unidentified Cast Badge MT28
Found this badge recently and have so far drawn a blank regarding identification. Unsure if it has a Military connection or not but looking at the construction and the lugs it is reminiscent of Indian produced badges I have.

It appears to be made of brass and measures 30 mm in diameter and aside from the MT referring to possibly Motor Transport or perhaps Mountain I am stumped.

Any suggestions welcome as always.

According to McHenry & Kellock book this 28 Company Mechanised Transport Indian Army Service Corps pagri badge introduced around 1925.
