Thought I'd add this,finally found another OSD qc collar to go with my other one. I've had a close look and they are a match in colour and shape.
Taking into consideration that the OSD cap blade is the same too ,leads me to think that maybe there was only one batch of QC OSD produced. As mentioned previously in the thread,the QC version of the badge seems to be pretty scarce.
