Default Fort Garry Horse variety

More tidying up discoveries...
Here is a variety of the embroidered shoulder title for the Fort Garry Horse. It is the pattern without the embroidered tablet on the bottom. Eg the yellow embroidery silhouetted the CANADA on the usual pattern, but in this example all the title is embroidered yellow on black.
The material and method of embroidery indicates that this is a post war title.

Well Bill, don't keep us waiting, tell us more about this fine example.

Not much more to tell. With the serifs on the embroidery, it is likely earlier than later. Eg before the 60's.

I seems like a lot of trouble to go from the WW2 pattern then change the pattern and then again change to the yellow on dk blue with the Canada on the gold tablet. But then again, some will say that they have seen a lot stranger than that.
