Default Ebay selling

.....by people who obviously have little idea of the value of items. I'm always amazed at some of the dug up rusty pieces that people think are valuable. A relic dug up in a battlefield is something I could see some value in....but this?

Having served (briefly) with the Cape Breton Highlanders, I can say that this is very possibly a dug relic. Most likely, however, from a back garden where it was lost by a young Highlander whilst escaping from a jealous husband.
