Default boer war badges
Hi, I am pleased to have come across this forum, I have been a medal collector for a good few years, but over the last five years or so I have been collecting militaria from the Boer War and amassed quite a good collection. The thing I find quite strange in a way, there seems to be such a mix and match in uniforms and badges, especially to the colonial regiments, and I hope some more learned forum members can help, for instance I have acquired a slouch hat with a green head band and a green flash with a brass N.R. , sorry for going on but just happy to have found the forum, best regards.

Looking forward to seeing some of your collection. Boer War badges are not commonly found.
