Default WWII SAS Belgian title

I purchased this title many years ago. As for me, it is genuine.
What do you think?

I think it's an original.

Never seen this pattern but agree it looks original. The more commom ones are white letters on maroon. Cheers JB

New pattern to me too. Why do you think it is associated with the Belgian SAS?

Hello DJT,

As for me, the Belgians were the only one to wear such titles without any number.
But, what suprise me is that this kind of title doesn't seem so rare but the Belgian SAS were just a few (a squadron).
So, can it had been worn by other SAS units?

At the end of the war the Belgian SAS certainly was larger than just one squadron.

The title without number was also worn by SAS HQ. But thst one is commonly more the 2ndSAS type title without no.

Cheers,
JB
