Default A couple of RM beret badges. Opinions please.

Apologies for the bad quality images.

Are these genuine issue or reproductions?

They look fine to me, both are current issue, the bronzed ones have been pretty poor quality for the past few years

Yes. I would think that the Royal Marines (a unit with such a long and proud heritage) deserve a better quality badge.

Having said that; I personally feel that there are other badges which come out much worse in terms of quality. In the ‘Anodised badge’ thread I’ve included a pic of a AAC beret badge.

The N01 staybrighte badge is rubbish, very weak malleable staybright material. The N01 badge has to be used in the Lovett uniform & beret but its impossible to get an issue one out of the N01 dress hat
