Jeanne d'Arc badge
I cannot find a similar badge anywhere on the internet and before I offer it for sale I wanted to check that it has no military significance. I am not sure if people made pilgrimages to Orleans or if there was a Joan of Arc Society
As a general rule it is always good to know what you have got before you sell it. I would hate to let it go and then find that it was worn as a badge of recognition by the French Resistance. If anyone knows what it is please let me know. Thank you.
