Default RGBW?

The museum in Gloucester are selling these as RGBW mess dress?!

Look like DERR blazer...help!

From the style of button (ie two-piece silver on gilt) I would say it is mess dress rather than blazer (usually flat, engraved brass or gilt).

The pattern is (according to Howard Ripley's earlier button book) that used by The Wiltshire Regiment between 1956 and 1959. Whether it was ever used by any successor regiments, RGBW included, I don't know.

Pretty sure its not RGBW . Their buttons used the Berkshire dragon on them.
