Default British Army Para "Lightbulb"

Wonder if any kind forum member could give me an idea as to the age of the Para "Lightbulb" in the attached photos. It will be offered for sale as soon as I have an idea as to it's age.

What are the dimensions of the parachute? I ask because the "lightbulb" I was awarded in 1962 is smaller than older ones in my collection.

Maybe my eyes fool me but are the threads at the back of the badge synthetic ?

Wartime? It is of the exact same manufacture as the ones (in various regimental colour schemes) you could buy from Du Bora's in Aldershot in the 1980s.

Definitely not synthetic, more of a fine hessian type material

I'd be very surprised if it's as late as 1980s (in the context of the other items with which it was acquired)
