HI , gents is this a cap badge please , officers or senior N.C.Os or is it an arm badge - bit out of my depth here, will be offering ity for sale once I know what it is, many thanks

Very many thanks ' if Im correct the hallmarks are 1904 it came with the Q.S.A medal nice to have the name and rank of the guy who wore it - he transferred to the R.F.C as a drill instructor.
