ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT....I HOPE
Hi all
I need the team to give me a look at this one. As my title say's, I hope it is a case of all good things come to those who wait. Picked this up of Ebay based on a very picture on the listing. Took a chance after the seller said it was brass or maybe bronze. What's the consensus on this Cameronian TF candiidate Cheers Simon. |

Hi Simon,
I like your badge. I have a similar one with lugs, also not blackened, which I believe was worn by officers. Cheers, Tinto |

Brass Cameronians
As Keith says it is a Victorian OR's cap badge which has had the bronzing polished off.

Ah well, not a TF but not bad for a tenner. I'll just have to keep an eye out for the elusive 5th.
Thanks all for the clarification. Many regards Simon. |

The 5th TF badge is quite small, in nickel with a 5 towards the centre bottom. It's a very distinctive badge.

Yeah Keith, I know that pattern. Just thought it might have been another pattern. Still on the hunt......
Cheers Simon. |
