Royal Welsh Fusiliers All White Metal Cap Badge
Who would have worn this Royal Welsh Fusiliers White Metal Cap Badge Please??
They seem to have had several TA Btns but cannot find a Volunteer force?. Would any of the TA's have worn an all WM Badge please? Or is it possibly a Bandsman's. TY |

Very nice, worn by members of the Militia battalions prior to the formation of the Territorial Force in 1908.

Prior to WW1 many TF battalions had al w/m badges for their No 1 Dress caps. This is a contender for one of these.

It is often quite difficult to make out exactly what is being worn upon Forage caps, but, the regiment certainly did wear the white metal cap badges upon them.
