Default Padded navigator wing on lapel pin...

Dear Forum,
Should this wing be regarded as a WW2 piece ?
Thank you for your thoughts.

From the embroidery and the backing material I would say this is of fairly recent manufacture, definately post WWII.

Both the manufacture and materials used are wrong for WW2, but, at a glance it is more obvious than that, the shape is also wrong for that period.

Default added navigator wing on lapel pin

Hello Dominique, It looks typical for a 1970 - 90’s badge, I’m in agreement with Dave and Frank who have commented that's it’s not of WWII period.
