Default Excellent Nurse's Cape @Richard Wintertons

Don't usually post things like this, but this cape has a lot of badges on it, well worth a look for cloth collectors of WW2 era badges.

Currently on £2900 and I dare say will rise further !

There are some fantastic badges on there.

You may want to change the thread title from Cap to Cape. Not many people are interested in a Cap.

If the badges are representative of those who came under Miss Mary’s care, it seems that she attended a larger number of AA gunners than any other regiment or Corps members. A wonderful piece with documentation indeed! D.J.

Hammer price was £11,000.......wow ! A nice cape for sure but £11,000 (plus premium)......
