Default 13th XIII Hussars Badge - Fake or Original

Is this an original badge? It has been repaired...perhaps a couple of times.

It appears correct but as you say has been badly repaired. This was the standard ORs badge worn in the Brodrick 1903-05 and from 1905 onwards in the peaked cap.

It continued to be worn by the senior sqns of the 13/18th Hussars up to the late 1920s.
