Default Help please with WW1 regimental identicication

Hello - Any help would be appreciated with identifying this uniform to try and find the regiment of this soldier.

Interesting photo. On his sleeve he appears to be wearing signalers' cross flags over cross sabres, which were physical instructors' badges. Can't make out the cap badge.

Two chevrons in RA was Corporal until 1920 or so.
