Default Victorian Officers Pouch and badge.

Saw this at a local auction and had to buy it! No idea on pouches, just loved it. Any body help with age and regiment. Cannot find one on internet. The badge could be volunteer rifles but I saw a identical bugle badge on a respected dealers site described to a Cornish militia regiment. Any help on date, regiment gratefully received.
Cheers
John

John,

It’s a generic RVC pouch badge used by many Corps that didn’t have a unique badge.

Regards

Thanks Simon,
Bought it because I liked it, but I assume a fairly common pouch and badge so heart may have ruled head on this occasion.
Cheers
John

John,

A good buy, its a nice pouch.

Next time you see a black leather pouch belt without a pouch snap it up and stick it on.

regards
