Here you go:
top row:
1. Royal Yacht Squadron, crew
2. Other ranks on the Staff
2nd row:
1. need a better scan
2. generic maritime design
3. generic early 19th century design George Rex
(unless it has text along the bottom)
4. Royal Navy, officers, 1795-1812
3rd row:
1. Royal Yacht Squadron, early
2. Royal Navy, petty officer, 1888-1902
3. 22nd Foot, ca. 1800
4. Royal Navy, rank and dates depend on a scan of the reverse, starts with Captains, c.1770-c.1790, but used well into the 19th century.

Thanks for the effort to list these buttons. This is a photo of the ones you questioned.
