East Anglian badges
John, the white viking's head on red shield was the East Anglian District 2nd pattern formation sign, the yellow viking's head on blue shield was worn by the East Anglian training Brigade groups, I hope this is of some help.

We wore the Red patch Viking when stationed at the Military Hospital Colchester circa 1960 then changed ? 1962 to the Gold crown and arrows on blue background of East Anglia District. We preferred our Viking!
