Netherlands, Stoottroepen.
This emblem was worn on the sleeve and Cap General Service by the members of the Commando Limburg and Brabant in the years 1944-1945.

Thanks Marc.
That would match these badges from the same collection.
Are these badges difficult to get and are they sort after?

The STOOTTROEPEN white on black was in use from 1944 to 1947 (replaced by nassau-blue on poppy-red).

The "formation sign" (right upper arm) started as badge for he Expeditionaire Macht (Expeditionary Force) 1944-1947. For 1e Divisie '7 December' from 1946 -2004.
It will be clear that with such a long existence of the badge, there are many different versions. I have no idea about this one.
