Rhodesian Lightning Bolt Badge?

Hi all. I got this badge and it was suggested to me that it may be Rhodesian. I have tried to search online but no luck. Is anyone able to help me ID it? It is staybrite and cap badge size. Many thanks.

Hi, think this is BSAP (British South African Police) Radio operator's badge. I think worn on the sleeve, so likely could be Rhodesian. Regards Mark
