Hi There,

If asked for, most printers will supply the books packed in cellophane and in their own cardboard box ready for posting.

Airmail shipping from NZ for such a large item did not seem unreasonable when I enquired into an object of this size and anticipated weight and would include insurance for loss. NZ has a low wage economy and as such things are priced lower here than may other places.

Lots to work out yet though!!!

What I'll do is put copies away for people who want them and when they are ready to receiver them can post them off when requested. Anyone making a interest will not go without.
