Hi Sketchley KId
Could it be an obituary card notification of his medals and service and later life what work he had done.
Reason in me saying this is the dates on the bottom.
Could be totally wrong though.

It looks like a memorial, especially since the wording "Ricorrenza" at the bottom means "anniversary".
