The RNF is a shoulder title, post 1935. It appears to have been plated with some kind of gilt finish, or is it perhaps an early version of an anodized title?
Not sure what the Cameronians is, perhaps for a pouch or cross belt. These have been faked heavily and I am sure someone will confirm whether it is fake or not.

Could the Cameroonian badge be an officers one?

The Cameronians looks like a Officer's Pouch Belt Plate 1902 - 1952.
