identify CEF cap badge?

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help to identify this cap badge? Previously it has been mentioned that it may be the 27th Battalion - Winnipeg but no one seems sure. The picture is not that clear, does anyone know of a way to make the picture clearer?

If I can identify this cap badge it could help to link it to my great grandfather, Harry walker. So far I have been able to zero in on him due to lack of real information.
