Unfortunately eBay doesn't give a $*%# about these guys trading on their platform. I, & no doubt plenty of other collectors, have been reporting these accounts to eBay for years & nothing changes. Items purposefully made to deceive, provenance added to embellish correct items, etc, etc, etc.
eBay is quite happy to provide a platform to these crooks to peddle their wares but will take no moral responsibility to protect buyers. "It's okay to steal but just not from me!" How any of these parties sleep at night is beyond me & always will be. Birds of a feather... really.
