Parachute Regt, Workshop made car badge , Green diamond on shield for ID
found this today. Can anyone provide details regarding the green diamond which has me stumped.
believe its WW2. Thanks, Steve

Either 7th (Light Infantry) Battalion, Parachute Regiment in WW2 or 17th Battalion, Parachute Regiment (TA) late 1940s to 1960s.
The rifle green diamond is a light infantry connection. (17 PARA was formed from a battalion of the Durham Light Infantry.)
