I know this badge has been so badly faked that most are probably restrikes . Here is mine but I have been told there should be sweat holes on the rear of an Original ?

Spencer I do not have one with sweat holes but the complete w/m circlet made as a separte insert. The w/m horse is not overlaid but inserted into the centre of a fully voided badge.

Post My 5DG Badge

Just wanting to show of my one. It is on a belt of badges that belonged to a relative who was killed in WW1. As It's been there for 90 years, I don't really want to take it or any of them off. But you can see that it's a slight mis-strike (if that is the correct term!), as the crown is slightly off.
