Default WW1 Wiltshire Regiment Cap Badge

What do you think of this badge on Ebay . I'm looking to replace one out of my WW1 collection due to , to much polish wear . This looks a touch suspect to me .

Could equally be a victorian/edwardian TF purchase ORs cap badge or an artifically aged restrike badge with a dodgey gaunt plate.... in the fameous words of blind date "the decision is yours?"
