Some of My Assorted Bits
Thought I would share a few of my other bits that I've had for 15-20 years. Don't really collect Australian though. That is only a small part of my Napoleonic collection, but the bulk is not framed/mounted.

I know nothing of Napoleonics beyond my Funken booksHistorex and Airfix model childhood, but those badges are nice.
The only items I have from that period are a Hanoverian Waterloo medal and a Prussian medal. |

Nice collection.
Sadly the Household Battalion badge is a fake, as are the LG and RHG badges with the annealed v in the cypher. The Guards Machine Gun Battalion also looks like a repro to me. |

Hi Terry,
Thanks for sharing. Note that the Maori warrior badge is a New Zealand 30th Reinforcement collar badge. Cheers, John |

The Victory Peace Medal is nice. You almost never see it with the ribbon.

Thank you gentlemen.
Luke, can you be more specific as I am not sure what you are referring to on he ones you say are fake. After I read your reply, I looked hem over very closely, but could not determine what you are referring to about the "annealed V in he cipher??? Thanks, Terry |

The repro ones have the side of the V of the GV cypher touching the R of GR. The genuine ones have the V hanging down so that neither side of the V is touching the R of GR.
