AirTC Para half wing
Hi there guys

If you mean Air Training Corps (ATC) I've never seen anything that applies to parachuting. (See my previous link about a week or so ago to ATC badges in another posting regarding a glider badge.) I'm not aware of there ever being any sort of parachute instructor badge, other than the regular RAF versions. There was certainly nothing in regard to parachuting when I was in the ATC umpteen years ago. Whether it is Australian I can't say.
