Default Any help appreciated with a sealed pattern badge.

Any help appreciated to identify this badge that came with some other Commonwealth badges. It has what I believe to be a 'Sealed Patten' Seal attached to it.
Any comments most welcome.

Thanks Destro

The shield in the centre of the badge is that of Trinidad & Tobago. That said, who would have used the badge is a mystery to me.

Dave.

I think the remnants of the marking on the seal is that of THE CROWN AGENTS with a Tudor Crown so probably dates from before 1953?

Not necessarily from before 1953. The button (tentatively discussed here https://www.britishbadgeforum.com/fo...ad.php?t=94778 ) shown below was sealed 27/5/70 and has the same seal.

Andrew

I worked for the Crown Agents 1978-85, we certainly had a pattern room up to 1982.
