Default C 4 Norfolk Norfolk Cadets

Pleased to have picked this up in 40 odd years of collecting on and off its the 1st I’ve been able to buy a scarce title

Not sure Alan, but I believe that I can just make out an overlaid scroll on the badge? What do you think?
