Default Kings Liverpool WW1

I’m after a WW1 KLR badge but not sure what to look for it seems to have so many variations. Any help appreciated.

The cap badge for the Kings Liverpool Regiment was authorised by the War Office on 7th January 1896 . If you want a badge worn during the 1st World War - you should have one with a slider !
There are over 25 variations of the 1896 badge - it was made obsolete in September 1926 - (with a new badge)
