Looking at the manufacture and the material used, I would say complete rubbish.

This is not territorial...have the hindostaan scroll...but take my atention because having lugs and brazing holes the seller offer as a restrike...is that possible?

Hi Trubia.
Looks like a nice Victorian example to me. Regards Chris |

It is certainly possible that some sellers simply do not know very much when it comes to badges!

Yes...I have seen sometimes sellers offering wartime caps as "old hat" or something like that...and it is always a pleasure to bought that old hats!

Last question about Leicestershire badges!
I have seen this voided loop tail...I have read that voided or non-voided doesn't mean nothing about the era ...just about the makers...but I would like to know if you think this could be a legit one...Now that I have a Victorian badge and a non voided WWII badge in my collection it would be great to have this voided variant..it has no brazing holes, but it has no owl eyes too! I don't know what to think...Thank you! Screenshot_20210309-190538.jpg Screenshot_20210309-190554.jpg |
