Default East Surrey cloth pagri badge

Hi
Recently got this, now I know the 5th weren't the East Surreys so does this relate to the 5th Battalion? When does it date from?
Cheers
Sean

I'm assuming its First World War, the 5th went to India and then Mesopotamia so would have been issued with solar topees hence the need for a pagri flash, but not my area of knowledge so just guessing.

Many thanks for that Peter, interesting that is shows that only 1/5th was was anywhere where a pagri badge would have been worn the other duplicate battalions remained at home.
Cheers
