Default Canadian Airborne?????

Hello to all! Last week I was on EvilBay and found these two Badges.
I lost the link since and tried for 2 hours to fined the listing but no luck.
The Seller only had them on his sellers store and not on the main Ebay page
listed.

He marked them as Canadian, I thought the British had only the Special Air Service on their Badges. Now I'm disoriented and confused.

This is one of the main reasons I joined this site for moments like this.

Therefore Gentlemen can you orient Moi! LOL.

P.S. do we have any women on this Site??? Just asking Lmaoooo.

Fantasy badges. Made up on a lark some time ago, and now there is a constituency that believes there was such a unit.

Thank you for your Input Gentlemen! Much appreciated, I though so I never seen them before. But I new something was seriously wrong with them.

A fantasy regiment that sounds just about right.

Thank you for your time and orienting Moi in the Right direction, See knowledge is priceless.

Have a great day

Not a fantasy Regiment. Just fantasy* badges. No Canadian SAS insignia was worn or produced.
*Some cloth badges in blue but of your first pattern where reported to be produced for a major Company reunion, (Silver anniversary, springs to mind) but they where just keepsakes.

The Canadian SAS Company formed in 1947 at the CJATC at Rivers, Manitoba. 3 Platoons with a 4th Services platoon added in 1948. They had only 2 deployments in their short history. Op Canon an Arctic Rescue in 47 and Flood rescue in Lower Fraser Valley BC in 48. The experiment was wound up as the Company was too small and the Government had decided on a much larger formation. The SAS Coy was disbanded in Sept 1949.
