TP Dunderdale served in 1 Div Sigs, 2 Div Sigs, 3 Div Sigs (CDA), 4 Div Sigs, 5 Div Sigs and 1 Corps Sigs. Seems he really got around.

I can't say for sure what the 4 RCCS stands for but it could be for 4 Div Sigs.
