Default Advertised as RGJ hmmmm
Not sure on this one. Its advertised as 3rd RGJ. I'm not sure,has the look of a Royal Irish to me. Can anybody provide a definitive answer ?

Depending on the size, it could be a Scouts Patrol badge.

The border colour doesn't look like any of the Scout Patrol badges of the UK Scout Association (and its predecessors).
