St. Pancras VTC?
Does anyone recognise the attached badge I spotted briefly on eBay?
Apparently there was a St. Pancras VTC but it is not illustrated in KK and Westlake’s book gives no details as to design. Could this be a candidate? |

Looks to be Silver Luke?

Luke,
I dont know, but for a VTC badge its a bit of a lump and very worn. Odd construction for a 1914/15 badge. More likely a St. Pancras Hospital or Station porter etc. and older than WW1 despite the slider. regards

I would say it’s a pickled bronze colour like many VTCs.

Thanks Simon, yes it could well be those things. That it looks quite crudely made and has a slider is what made me think it may be VTC.
