Default Help with lapel pins. Canadian etc.

I bought these from a Sally Anne about a mile from a base so I expect some are military. Any ideas?

Thanks.

The long silver one seems to be a replacement hip joint prosthesis, my mother used to bring home things like syringe pens and rather large rubber drugs/tablets etc from reps at the hospital.
