Arab badge and titles

Will someone please identify these items. There is a headdress badge, very well made and with quality lugs. The badge is Omani but the light green scroll has the words in Arabic right to left as Honesty (ALAMANA), Security (ALAMN), Peacefulness (ALAMMAN).
The other items are all titles. Any help would be much appreciated.
