This is not a badge, it is a piece of jewelery.
If it had a crown above the anchor it may represented a British unit, but it doesn't.

Might be NA (Naval Airman) RCN 1960's period Sweetheart pin.

Its a beautiful piece, would LOVE to have one for my RCN Sweetheart collection!
