Default 7th Queens own Hussars Kilt buckles?

Head on the block time!
I put these on the foreign badges thread with no answers although early days,
After much googling and looking in reference books ,
Is it possible that these are kilt buckles for the pipers of the 7th Queens own Hussars? The crowns being close to those for the cap badge for the Victorian era and then the Imperial one for after and the Cs on both being a reference to Caroline Queen Consort ? Regards Kevin

Look Danish/Dutch to me , I could be wrong of course but I am 100% sure they are not 7th Hussars.
