Need help with another button

I've got this down as a military button but to be honest I'm not really sure. I've seen them listed as engineers buttons and also as a Queen Vick's servants button.
Any help would most appreciated. Regards Nigel.

Did a search and found a similar badge catalogued as general staff other ranks, here’ the link. Not sure if it's correct.
